Challenges

Habits of Thinking. Identifying the habit-sentences (beliefs) that influence our choices — and how we can change them. Example of a habit-sentence: “I am not lovable.” This sentence (belief) can lead to relationships with people who validate that belief. We end up in the comfort zone of the known-but-miserable.

Financial. Looking at the truth about our finances. Budgeting. Increasing abundance through setting new intentions for ourselves. Defining our passion (karmic work) as different from our job. Seeing the vision of combining the two (passion and job).

Healing/Unhooking from Childhood Beliefs. Examining the truths and lies of childhood. Telling the story and learning how to come to a place of forgiveness. Letting go of what no longer serves us.
